Who am I?

A globe-trotter

I'm an adventurer in search of happiness — something I thought I could find in a place I had yet to discover. But the price I paid for this lifestyle led to deep confusion. Even living on the other side of the world, anxiety crept back in, accompanied by a constant feeling of being lost.
Weight gain, sleep issues, and decision paralysis became daily challenges, and I couldn't figure out why.
Then, in a simple but meaningful conversation, my father introduced me to sophrology — a moment that still echoes within me today.
Two life challenges later, I came to realize that true happiness is something we find within ourselves, if we take the time to truly listen to what your own body is telling you.

A group fitness instructor and personal trainer

Physical well-being has always been one of my top priorities.
As a child and teenager, I was lucky to practice classical dance (earning a CEC — Certificat d’Étude Chorégraphique at the Poitiers Conservatory) and martial arts (Chuong Quan Khi Dao). Thanks, Mum!
I earned my BPJEPS AGFF certification (C and D modules) in 2015 and moved to New Zealand in October 2017 thanks to this career.

I’m passionate about movement, joint health, and maintaining a healthy body weight.
But through my personal coaching, I quickly realized that physical training alone doesn’t always help people lose weight.
The real issue often lies in their relationship with food — in their mindset.
To effectively support someone on a weight-loss journey, it's essential to understand their cognitive patterns.

Sophrology adds a new dimension to my coaching.
The harmony between physical training and mental training is essential for achieving any goal.

So, in 2024, I decided to become a certified sophrologist through FORMAQUIETUDE, a renowned and nationally recognized wellness training center in Lyon, France.

A Trilingual Tango Dancer

Yes, tango has been a part of my life for two years now (thanks, Dad!).
But what I really want to share is this:
After earning a degree in Languages and International Business (LEA) and living in Spain (Tenerife), Canada (Vancouver), Australia and now New Zealand for over 7 years, I’m fluent in English, Spanish, and of course, French.
It brings me real joy to work in all three languages — and I offer my sophrology sessions in any of them.

Why Sophrology?

I love the idea of seeing life as a game.
We’re here for a relatively short time, and death is the one thing all humans have in common.
But no one taught me the “rules of the game” — not at home, not at school — the rules that lead to a peaceful, joyful life.
And I know I’m not the only one.
Like many, I became trapped in limiting beliefs, an overwhelming fear of death — both mine and that of my loved ones — and anxiety that seemed impossible to manage.

My main motivation as a sophrologist is to help people break free from their mental prisons.
I want to support every individual who crosses my path to live the best possible version of their life — by tuning in to their emotions and understanding their deeper structures.
